The Balfour Hotel

Location on the strip was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was very modern. Enjoyed free beach towel chair and umbrella and complimentary drink was fantabulous!!!!

Fantastic location, 1 block to the beach and a very short walk to the busy part of Ocean Drive. It's the perfect distance to be close to the shops and restaurants without any noise when you're trying to sleep. The staff went above and beyond, 11/10, shout out to William at the front desk and Alberto and Nelson at the bar! We were provided a complimentary room upgrade. Room was clean, had a small couch, desk, and mini fridge. Bathroom had plenty of counter space and a spacious walk in shower with a ledge to sit, and nice double shower head. The first night they offer complimentary welcome drinks. Plus, two of the nights we stayed they hosted free cocktail making classes. It was such a fun, hands on experience. They provide you 2 beach towel cards per room to exchange for fresh beach towels each day. They have an agreement with Esteban's, one of the beach chair/umbrella vendors at South Beach, so we could get 2 chairs and an umbrella. Super convenient. There's cold, filtered water machines in the lobbies. We didn't use them but they had bicycles you could check out. Finally, there's a cute little rooftop area with some lounge chairs and extra large connect 4/jenga games. Excellent location plus excellent service makes the Balfour such a great value. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Miami Beach.

Really nice double aspect corner room, great coffee machine. Good bathroom with nice rain shower.

I love the location of this property, the beach was a block away, there’s lots of great eateries in walking distance of the hotel, had lots of great amenities & the staff was super friendly & nice. They always greeted us, opened doors for us & made sure we had everything we needed for check in. They provided us with cards that we could use to trade in for beach towels & the rooms came with complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas that staff would set up for you at the beach. The rooms were a great size & really spacious. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great & we hope to come back so we can take advantage of lounging at their pool!

I go to Miami at least once a year, and I'm surprised I've never found this hotel! It's a hidden gem in the Art Deco district. The hotel is upgraded and modern and the room was so cozy and chic, LOVED the mid century modern aesthetics. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the things needed (clothing steamer, luxury toiletries, water bottles, gourmet coffee, fridge/safe, etc). There's beach access and within walking distance to a lot of things. The front desk was also very accommodating and super friendly! I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow one. Overall, amazing value 11/10 and I cannot wait to come back!!!
